well i was in plays for a few years, and stage fright happens alot.
i would say take deep breaths, look at the point furthest away from you on wall or, if you see something on the wall you can stare them, for example a picture.
think that you are alone.
my acting director said the main thing is not to look directly at people but further away from them. at a furthest point when you are performing or giving a speech. I do that every time i am in a play and i will participate in a singing competition and will do the same

A low does of propranolol, a beta adrenergic blocker, may be useful to blunt the "flight or fright" output of adrenaline (epinephrine) from your adrenal glands. Ask your primary care doctor about a single 10mg Inderal tablet to take about half and hour before your presentation. It will not muddle your thoughts or risk addiction. Not a good idea though if you have asthma.

hey

i read a book on public speaking which said that you should do stuff like take a short power walk before u speak so that u use up the adrenalin, have a lucky charm (if u believe in that sort of thing), make eye contact with someone in the audience who supports you and also to picture them in their underwear haha but seriously i was really bad at public speaking and after doing that i did speeches, debated and even compered a show. the book is called "i can see you naked" by ron hoff and its hilarious with practical advice.

Just pertend that they aren't there. Becuase if you picture them all in there underware you might get a little MORE nervous.
It's just you and the empty room. But also take deep breaths drink some water before you go on and reread your song/script/coriography.

GOOD LUCK!
