I want to start running, in my town theres this huge canal, I want to run beside that, its like extremley long. I want to listen to my ipod, but the earphones never stay in my ear when I run! So what do I do about that?

yeah, i have used duct tape, it comes in cool colors now ya know.

Instead of having the little ones that go into near your eardrum, got some ones that actually wrap around your ear. You just slide it in the back of your ears. It's also safer too, you have less of a chance of becoming hard of hearing.

ok alot of people ask me too and i dnt kno if its the shape of my ears but rite at the bottom of the opening of ur ears there is kind of a long opening and if u place the buds the rite way in that area they will fit snug...also make sure the buds arnt that big

I hate that too. You have to get covers for them, you know like those soft cushy ones. Or look on eBay, they have special earphones that have rubber on the ends and they work great.

Put it in your ear then apply 10 layers of masking tape around your head.

Well i put the cord behind my ear and tuck them under my glasses that tends to keep them in.

i use the headphones the big cushion ones also when i jog. Those earbud ones hurt like hel and they never stay in my ear.

there is a setthat curles around your ears, but be careful what type you get... the sound quality of a lot of them are poor

omg, I have the same problem!!! Instead of having those wierd earphones, you should just get head phones.
