Yes, you should be able to vote as you will be 18 in about 109 days, just register at least 15 days before the elections. This may vary from state to state however, but that's a safe guess from what I've read before.
The elections aren't until November 2008, but you might want to participate in the primary elections held much earlier next year, perhaps January or February (again, varies from state to state).
And I 2nd the Ron Paul references, and encourage you to look, the 2008 campaign is going to be dominated by what is happening online, compared to previous years.
It’s interesting to see that the military supports the only anti-Iraq war Republican candidate.

I'm not too sure about the primary election, but you will be old enough to vote in the general election. As for registering... You can go to the post office to register or you can do it on-line. There are so many ways to register, just do a little goggling! Good luck... Might I suggest that you do some research on Ron Paul? Here is a link to get you started...

Avoiding the plugging for candidates, by your question, you will turn 18 this year. That is more than soon enough for next year's general election and should be soon enough for any primaries or caucuses in Arizona.
Arizona has a website "Service Arizona" that allows you to register on-line. Or you can go to your County Recorder's Office to register to vote. In addition, your school or your local library may have registration materials available.
The presidential primary in Arizona is February 26, 2008. To vote in the presidential primary, you must be registered by January 28, 2008. (Note the governor of Arizona is authorized to change the date of the primary but is running out of time to change it).
If I understand what I read on the website, you are eligible to register now but will not be allowed to vote until after December 2, 2007.

You can already vote in the 2008 elections because at that time you are already allowed under the law.
