This woman who lives in my neighborhood has a son that has been breaking into homes and now he has made friends with some of the other neighbor boys and they are breaking into peoples homes and finding handguns and basically randomly robbing homes in my area. A couple of them were busted today, but will most likely be out by tomorrow. How does the nuisance act work? Anyone know. I'm not sure if they rent or own.

i would contact the police in your area and see what the say. you might be able to get stepped up patrols to deter them from breaking in to homes.
ask for a commuinty relations officer to look in to see if they rent and see if they can make the landlord aware of the problems if they do.
stop by the station tomorrow and have a chit chat.

Wish I could help but my first response would be illegal...actually, so is my second idea....I know what I'd do, but if you do it, you'll end up in the cooler. Sorry....
