Most of the time, I'm pretty sure it's for the attention.
I wear tops that are sort of low cut, but only because they fit me best.
Sometimes they just can't help what hangs out.

Personally, my cami's are considered "low cut". I don't wear them for attention cause if i wanted that i would just run nude, anyways i wear them because that i what fits me best and what i consider most comfortable.
on the other hand, alot of girls i know do wear stuff like that to get attention for the men.

Yes. They like the attention they get. Women who do not wear low cut tops do not like the attention. They like themselves for who they are and do not need men to valiate them. Basicly, in lamens terms, women who do not wear low cut tops like themselves for who they are on the inside. Women who feel the need to show off their boobs don't like themselves. How do i know all this you ask yourself. Well, even though i am small chested i used to dress like a ****. I did not like myself. Now i have accepted myself for who i am. I know that it's what counts on the inside and not what's on the outside. Afterall, when these well endowed ladys get old their boobs will be saying,"Hello!" to their knees! LOL!
