I dunno if that makes very much sense, but what I'm getting at is if they can hold your last paycheck from you? If thats even possible what are the stipulations?

It's not legal. Make sure they have your current address, too.
They cannot keep money that you earned.

Not legally. Tell them if you don't have it in five days, you are going to call the department of labor in your state and report them - maybe that will light a fire under them.

They have held my last check until they drained all the money they said I owed. They know you won't sue them so they do it and get away with it.

That would be illegal. They do however have the right to deduct anything you may owe them from your last check.

Nope, that was your time spend working. They either send it to your address or you go pick it up.
