what all can i do to gain more low end power on my bike it has jardine full exhaust on it already and i don't know what to do next

Most after-market full systems sacrifice low and mid-range power in order to gain top end horsepower. If you haven't done this already, I'd suggest getting a power commander and taking your bike to a shop with a dyno and have them program a custom map for you.
Dropping a tooth in the front sprocket is probably the cheapest option.
