Stick around in R&S for a while. You will find a group of people who reject denominations or church buildings or congregations. They believe that all they have to do is read the Bible and the Holy Spirit will determine the true interpretation. I bet some of them might even just read the New Testament. Ironically, that belief is un-biblical...but what can ya' do? @Tommie... Good one, mate! And thus with no connection to the Head, too.

I agree with you. Its more like a pity party . Life doesnt' end for them at 40 and beyond. lite a fire under there chair and tell them to stop feeling sorry for themselves there not damage goods.

Did you maybe think that they were calling themselves "damaged goods" because they will never be able to love another woman like they did their late wife? In a way, it is kinda cute. they are "damaged" because they will never be able to love someone as much as they loved her....

available and experienced.just because their 40 to 70 doesn't mean their too old to do anything.i'm sure theres still a lot of fire to be stoked.i'm 49 and i'm not dead by no means.

I don't know...but that is a very sad way to think of themselves.
My great grandparents were married for 64 years...and when my great grampa died...my great gramma refused to be called a widow...she insisted on being called a "lady in waiting"

I would call them damaged goods. they are up to 70 years of age??? thats non-returnable. how can you call them pre trained when they no longer have any sensation in that area. they are close to lifeless robots.
