so why was teddy at king's cross. he'd be 19 and out of Hogwarts. and he's too young to have a kid that's old enough to go to school.

Teddy is saying goodbye to Victorie as she leaves for the school year. They'll probably see each other during the Christmas holiday, but that's a few months away.

Teddy is seeing the daughter of Bill and Fleur, Victoire. He is therefore probably there to see her off to Hogwarts.
The sorting hat was enchanted by Godric Gryffindor to summon the Sword when in need and only by a true Gryffindor. This would mean that the sword can be taken from wherever it was at the time and used by the person who pulls it from the hat (think CoS. Harry pulled it from the sorting hat). Neville showed extreme bravery and courage in facing Voldemort the way that he did. He had the intention of killing the snake, also, and thus the hat and the sword responded.

teddy was at kings cross 2 c off his girlfriend, victoire (bill and fleurs daughter), whos probably in her last year @ hogwarts (im assuming he hitched a ride w/ harry)
neville got the sword from the sorting hat that voldy put on his head b/c, as stated on the second book, only a true gryffindor can pull the sword out, which shows that neville is a true gryffindor and all that

He's sending Victoire (Bill and Fleur's daughter) off the train who is presumably on her last year of Hogwarts, Teddy being what, 18? If Teddy's snogging her, she must be near his age but not yet 18 to still be going to Hogwarts.

well yeah he was seenig victoire off. and they got the sword back because Neville showed that he was a true gryffindor and he pulled it out of the sorting hat that voldemort had placed on his head. remember how harry ahd pulled the sword out of the hat in the chamber of secrets? well the same thing happened here. bet that was a nice little surprise for griphook...hehe. <3 :)

he's a yr or 2 older than victoire. his g/f. which looks like fleur n probably to die for. n he's snogging her senseless.
