I recovered my comp. back to factory settings and (thank god!) it was succesful. Now I can't get an internet connection. I need sbc yahoo or just yahoo and it's only offering aol and msn. Even when I try to connect to Aol and msn it won't let me. It says it can't reach the required numbers or no dial tone. I'd rather have help on getting my yahoo dsl back. Help please?

Go to Add/Delete programs and delete all AT&T Yahoo. Then put your AT&T Yahoo disk in your cd/dvd-rom and go through the installation steps again.

A factory restore should install the drivers for your network card (the thing your internet wire plugs into on your computer) so as long as that is working, you should just have to plug your modem in. The advertisments on your desktop can be deleted.
