My very first thought was holy spit...Sam Elliott is HOT for an older guy....and I've always loved Cher....it was a really good movie....

...I was thinking about that movie just today because I found a bunch of round push pins like the kind that was used on the map in the movie...and how Cher's character put the pins back in place on the map after her son died....well, to answer your question, I loved the movie

I think it's an excellent movie. The script is very well written and I found the relationship between mother and son refreshing. The ending is sad but the movie itself is great. You have to watch.

Excellent film, though any time I see Cher I have a very hard time taking her seriously, simply because . . . Cher is Cher!

Same thing applies for "Witches of Eastwick" and "Silkwood".

Great movie, though sad. You do know that the movie was based on real life, which makes it even more sad. I haven't watched that movie in a good many years.
