im extremely sorry to tell you this but unless japan or rumiko takashashi or viz or whoever it is thats in charge of that stuff decides to create and release a new movie there will not be one. sorry, i was really sad too (actually, i was more heartbroken over the dissatisfactoring way inuyasha ended...)

There was suppose to be a 5th Inuyasha movie, but so far it hasn't happened. Even my anime magazine was confused, there was also suppose to be some OVA's a long time ago. Thankfully there is a 30 minute OVA coming soon. I believe it was released in Japan on July 30th (according to sources), so it should be coming to us soon. If there was a 5th Inuyasha movie and people had seen it, it would have already been subbed and put up on the internet already. Sorry there isn't one as of yet. Hope I helped some. :)

There are no news about a 5th Inu Yasha movie to be released. Probably someone lied to you or read it from a joker. There is no 5th movie. The series ended 3 years ago and the only reason movie 4 was released after the series end it was because it was already animated and in the final stages of production.

There is no Inuyasha 5th movie. The 4th was the last movie.
There are just 167 episodes, 7 seasons, and 4 movie.

There is NO 5th movie and never was one. Please don't make up something you cannot back up! For the last time, Viz nor Sunrise do not plan on making any more Inu episodes or movies. They have moved on to other anime projects they deem profitable.
**note to other Inu fans outhere: do not be fooled by false rumors. Any news about Inuyasha that does NOT come directly from Viz, Sunrise (the production companies of the anime series) or better yet Rumiko Takahashi herself, it is NOT NOT NOT NOT true!
