I use Super Anti Spyware. I had a virus that I couldn't get rid of any other way. It took GeekSquad 2 days to get rid of it on someone else's computer. But that program took care of it in about 1 hour.

I have a one thats really good. It has antivirus, firewall, email scanner and online protection. Its called F-secure Client Security Edition

zone alarm, windows xp also has a built in free firewall which is decent. then use avg free edition.

Avast antivirus, is the best, and aone alarm for a fire wall, all can be found at download.com, avast is free, and so is zone alarm, also download, ad aware, and spybot anti-spyware

WINDOWS DEFENDER... it's built for windows it's free, and you get it off Windows website, they give you free updates and everything
there's also SPYBOT,- SEARCH AND DESTORY AD-WARE SE PERSONAL, and AVG
