You can find auditions if you search the internet for agents in your area. There are there.

For some reason people on here think it's easy to get an agent. It's very hard. It's also very hard to get ANY paid acting job. No matter how small. You can't do it. You're nowhere near ready. Listen to people who tell you "anything is possible if you try" or "you can do anything you want" and you'll never accomplish anything. Have realistic expectations and you'll be a happier camper.

There are lots of them out there, but you have to have something they can sell to casting directors, like superior talent or looks. So until you have the background and experience to impress an agent, work on getting it in school, in classes, in plays.
