I don't think the Falcons WANT him to play for their organization. Warrick Dunn has been reported to say that he doesn't believe any of his team mates are 'hoping' that Michael Vick will return to the Falcon team. Then you have to consider what a showboat and ball hog Michael Vick has been in the last few years. I suspect the receivers are GLAD he is gone, so they have the ability to play a little football too.

No. He would have to be found innocent to even have a chance to play again with the falcons, maybe even to play football ever again. If he is found guilty he has a 99% chance of being banned from football. If he enters a guilty plea this could be seen as his first step towards getting back to where he was before this scandel (which he'll never get to). If the guilty plea is taken he will not play in the NFL for a while even if he isn't suspended, I do not think any team will want his image around their team, but maybe he could get on a team if he can do good for a couple years.......

He's got a maximum of 6 years from the first indictment. The plea agreement suggests half the maximum penalty. However, it seems like he will also get RICO charges, so he could get more than 3 years. Even if he does get out of jail at an age and in a condition where it would be possible for him to play football, no pro football organization will want anything to do with him. I would not be surprised if he never plays another down in the NFL.

No I think that if Vick takes a guilty plea he should be suspended from the NFL for two seasons and the Falcons should release him.

doubtful what this question is doing in immigration. I surely have heard that Senator Craig is questioning attempting to withdraw his plea. there is not any longer any assure that a courtroom will enable him withdraw his plea. I surely have yet to pay interest a stable criminal rationalization why a courtroom ought to enable him withdraw his plea. in spite of each little thing, the Republican social accumulating won't rally around him. sufficient concepts has come out to make those paragons of diverse function like Senator Vitter now no longer verify for to be appropriate with Senator Craig anymore.

I don't think he will ever play in the NFL again, even with a plea he will probably do some jail time, and not be allowed back when he gets out, because everyone knows that he was mean to animals and that is much worse then these guys that rape women or kill their wives.

There is far too much evidence against Vick at this point. He will serve prison time regardless of his plea.

NFL is going to suspend him. Believe that. It'd look too bad if NFL got caught suspending someone for a season for smoking weed (Ricky Williams), but not a dog killer (Vick) ESPECIALLY when they find him guilty.

If he pleads guilty he's probably going to prison, and the Falcons will be the least of his problems.
