Personally I like the black ones better. I think they'll match a lot more than the gray would, but it depends on your style. If you wear gray jeans a lot get the black, if you wear black jeans a lot than I'd get the gray boots. But black also won't show as much if it gets dirty which is a plus.

DSW. Everyone at my school had a pair of these and I saw them there. They just got their boots in so go and get them. (I'm getting a strappy pair in purple :) )
