Constant Number repetition, what could it mean?

There is a 3 digit number that repeats in my life constantly. It is NOT a round even, common number that would would expect to repeat like 125 or 300...I can't explain why, but I'd rather not say the number.

It is in my social security number. I hear it mentioned throughout the day, on TV commericals, or in zip codes or phone numbers. I always catch the clock when it turns that time. Often, I will hang up my cell phone after a call and see that my conversation lasted exactly that amount of time. It is actually even the size of the diamond in my engagement ring. It's really bizarre how this number always appears,being that it's not a round number.

I'm wondering if anyone has any theories on why I might be seeing this number so often.

What we have in the multiverse conjecture - not theory - is an idea of Hiranya Peiris at the University of London who looked at differences in densities of the CMB and decided that those fluctuations were caused by other universes bumping into ours. We live in a time when education standards in America are low. America tends to push kids through the system to prepare them for the job market. That's why we are 18th behind the world in science knowledge testing. If you don't have an understanding of science, you fill in the gaps with imagination. Complete this with a barage of science fiction in movies and on television and you can understand why this story hit the internet faster than the old tabloids could sell out a story on a Bigfoot/alien baby. oh my god! i've had the same experience of a number stalking me.in my case it's a 2 digit number though.
one hypothesis is that the number must be trying to tell you something. i'm not really acquainted with numerology but i suppose there are sites out there that tell people what a certain number means. i saw a book once that claims to explain the meanings of numbers that seem to follow you wherever you go.
another hypothesis is that it may have a psychological meaning. it may be associated with your past or something. anyway, i'm not a psychologist so i can't say much about this=/
of course, you might be seeing what you WANT to see. what i mean is that you might be convinced that the number holds some special meaning and so you subconsciously notice the number everytime it comes out. in that case, simply ignore the number. i tried this one too but failed; the number still pops out into my life more than any other number.^_^
whatever the number means, just thank God or whatever deity or spirit or principle that you believe in that a number has a special attachment for you.

This might sound incredibly ignorant, but it really is just simply your mind that is continguous with this number.

There are strange cases such as these when the said individual is dreading a certain event or a certain occurrence without even knowing it. Maybe there is something unsavory in your life that you've been putting off for so long that you've convinced yourself that it doesn't exist.

The scientific theory behind it is that our very brains have an internal clock. It counts time without us even conscious or knowledgeable of it. Evidence has surfaced. I don't know if you've ever experienced this, but this is just an example. Sometimes, the night before I have to go to a certain event in the morning and am in fear of being late (ex. I have to wake up at 7:00 A.M.), I find myself in a state of tension, unable to fall asleep. Once I do fall asleep and then wake up again, I look at the clock and realize that it is exactly, EXACTLY 7:00 A.M. It isn't only a mere coincidence because this has happened many, many times for me.
