I am 35 weeks along, 5 short weeks left to go. I dont feel any different today than I did the day I found out I was pregnant really, aside from the baby bouncing around, and this biiiiiig belly. How are you/were you feeling at this point? I feel like I should "feel" my body getting ready to deliver this baby, but honestly it feels like I could just stay pregnant forever...weird?

No not weird, but wait 2-3 more weeks and you'll start nesting and thinking about delivery and babies in your dreams!
When ( and if ) you are a week over due though, then you will start to get cranky and ****ed off!!!
You'll start to feel different and like your body is getting ready to deliver about 1wk before it happens. I calculated when both of my bubs would be born 1wk before delivery and I was right!!! One 2days late the other 3days late.

Good luck and blessings for an easy birth!

My husband and that i began out having intercourse assorted circumstances an afternoon beginning at 37 weeks (we've been having intercourse approximately as quickly as a week in the previous that). If it facilitates to respond to your question i'm sitting right here nevertheless pregnant, now 3 days late. while you're actually not drawn to intercourse, you probable wont have an orgasm, and that replaced into the only way i could have ANY contractions in any respect from having intercourse. yet i did no longer have an orgasm each and every time. something approximately being huge and fat and uncomfortable in basic terms does not particularly get me going..... some human beings swear by ability of it, even nonetheless it did no longer paintings for us.

With ym first i was like that until the day I went into labor 4 days late. the last few days he dropped, but that was it. I had gone in andthey checked me the day before I had him and they said my cervix wasnt even starting to thin or anything. sure enough the next day it all happened. Iw as in good shape before i got pregnant with him, so my body dealt with it very well. So teh onyl way i could tell i was pregnant was by looking down and nto seeing my feet :) Dotn worry a lot in happen in such a short amoutn of time, mine was literally overnight, so you never know. Dont rush it, the baby will coem when he/she is ready. Good Luck, just a few weeks left.

Lucky, lucky woman. I was so miserable toward the end of my pregnancy and I felt like it would never end. My back hurt, my hips hurt, I had this horrible pain in my goin that was so painful it was hard to walk sometimes. I couldn't sleep in my bed anymore, not even on my side. I was so glad to get that kid out of me! I think most women feel like they're going to be pregnant forever. 10 months is a long time!

It always amazes me how some people read so much into questions..... I didnt start feeling much different until week 37 when I just lost all energy, i had planned to work for another week and had to tell them I just couldnt physically do it. I am due on August 19th and this last week seems to be dragging, I am praying I dont go over.

Good Luck.

About now, you should be in the nesting period. Do you find yourself cleaning more? You should be getting ready for your new baby! PPD could be an issue. Check with your doctor and congrats!

I didn't feel my body changing until I was in the hospital. You won't feel a "change" it will be like the baby pushing down on you and everything getting "loose" .
Hope this helps!
