I had a scary creapy dream what does it mean? Adults only?
Well a few days after my grandmother passed away I had this dream three nights in a row. I dreampt that we were at her funeral/ viewing and we all looked away at the minister and looked back at her and she had rolled over in her casket. The only signifigance that I can think of is that my family was fighting a lot about things at the time. What do you think this dream means?

Metaphorically, she "rolled over in her grave". So what would fit the following sentence: "Grandmother would roll over in her grave if she saw or heard _____________." You're probably right about the fighting and its connection to your dream. "Grandmother would roll over in her grave if she could hear the fighting taking place." Your concern is with the fighting and how it is affecting your life. Is it distracting you from your goals? If so, you need to disconnect from the scene, not be a part of the problem (or, if your input is valued, you could be a part of the solution--but most likely you cannot solve whatever is happening so get on with your life).

I believe the best way to find out what, if anything, your dream might mean would be to do a Gestalt dream exercise with a psychologist. It's a simple process to help you analyze your own dream. Remember, your theories as to what it might mean are always going to be more valid than someone else's guess - it's your brain.

Without forking over the dough to a psych, another good exercise to help yourself develop some ideas as to what it means is to "block the scene" kind of like they do for a movie. First briefly write out the intro so it includes all the details you sense in the surroundings: any smells, sounds, colors, characteristics about the location and its contents, anything that tweaks your senses. Often people find that they can remember a lot more when the try hard to visualize and describe details. Then crudely sketch a picture of the scene: draw big comic-style bubbles over all of the players. Then fill each bubble with whatever statements you think they said and ideas your guessing that they might be having. If you run out of room you can use arrows or whatever, it's your picture. Try to finish each bubble with a statement similar to what Otto was suggesting: something like "I am doing this because ____." Or "I am here 'cause I represent ____."

You can do these bubbles over inanimate objects as well as any people in the scene.

If it helps post a reply.
Good luck!!

You probably miss your grandma and you are trying to revive some memories you had with her. If you see others fighting in your dream it probably means that you are reluctant to admit that you have some problems and are unwilling to resolved them.

Yeah that dream particular sounds creepy....this female might desire to be telling you something. you have gotten something out of your formative years which you may desire to endure in ideas and now she got here lower back to remind you of it.....

you know the saying "she would turn in her grave if she knew about this".
If people were fighting about things, that could just be your subconscious saying that Grandma would disapprove.

I think, your grandmother thinks people turned their back on her so she turn her back on them. She did not like that they were fussing.
