no there isn't ,because even if you get it to turn over as soon as it does it will probably break the top ring on the pistons, when they get frozen up from rust, about the only thing you can do is re-build them,if you try and start it it can harm the cylinder walls in it,good luck on it.

That's a rough one. The best way to do it, is to take the engine out and pull it apart and hone the cylinder walls, put in new pistons and go over the entire engine. In other words, go ahead and rebuild it. Then you will have a good engine that will last.

If you just want to get it to run and don't care about anything else, then pull the plugs and start using penerating oil and let it set for a while and then start putting pressure on the crankshaft. Try to turn the bolt on the crankshaft with a socket and breaker bar. Good luck with the engine.

Take all the spark plugs out put several drops of light motor oil inside the cylinders. Then take the distributor out and prime the oil pump then get the right socket that fits the crank bolt and turn the crankshaft with a 1/2 inch ratchet or breaker bar. When you can turn the motor, put everything back and fire her up. Of course make sure that the fuel and filters are okay.

I poured ATF in each one of the cylinders of a Fiero once, that had a stuck engine. Used a tire iron to barely turn the flywheel, one tooth at a time until it finally,(about an hour later), started freeing up. Then spun it over with the spark plugs still out, spraying ATF everywhere! Put the plugs back in, spun it over, and over, and it fired up!(rough!) White smoke billowed through the shop, the other mech's glared at me before they went outside,(LOL!), but it eventually cleared up, and ran smooth! I just got lucky though! Yeah I know, you think I should tell you the story, of walking uphill through the snow, with no shoes on my feet to school, but...............

put oil in spark plug hole and let it sit it's better to put the thinnest oil u can have and then it's better to turn it by hands.
to turn it by hands u need a socket and a ratchet or u might also need a extension too turn it to the right so the nut won't come out ... from the crankshaft....it might take a week but if ur sure keep trying it would take times

Unless that engine has been running in the past 2-3 years, I'd say you don't have much of a chance of getting it running...go ahead and do it right and rebuild it.

If penetrating oil or diesel does not free it up,(Use plenty) you'll have to remove the head.
Don't forget to change the oil before starting it.
