She left at like 6 or so, and I didn't think she'd be gone all that long, but I guess maybe! Old ladies need their walks, you know. But man she should get back so we can go to the grocery store.

Your mom is being lazy, and obviously she doesn't care enough about the groceries or you. Somebody's got to be the adult here. You should take it upon yourself to get the groceries. Be a martyr and walk to the grocery store without her. This is a bunch of bullcrap.

Well are you woried or are you mad? If you are mad you should get over it. If you a worried maybe you should go look for her. But before you go look leave a note saying that you left to look for her and would be back soon. Because if she gets back there and your not she'll just leave and look for you and you'll never get anywhere.

Maybe she stopped off for some coffee somewhere, or maybe she is having coffee and talking to a neighbor or something, sometimes when older women get together, they can talk, and boy sometimes they talk alot.

When she comes strolling in, with a grin and all happy; you can ask her "what were you thinking, I am worried sick and we have things to do" and she will say "now you know how it feels, waiting on you" What goes around, comes around.
