wieght loss might help but if its a health problem, a breast reduction surgery can take care of the problem. I have very large breast, and no matter how much weight I lose they do not go down more than maybe half a cup. I don't want them to get any smaller but if the case was that I did, I would have to have surgery!

I do not have very large breasts myself, but a friend of mine was uncomfortable with her breast size and thought they were too big. What could be happening to you may be the same as what was happening to my friend. When you put on weight, you may be putting it primarily into your breasts. By planning out a consistent workout routine, like my friend, you should be able to lose some of the weight from your breasts, decreasing the size. I hope that this helps, I haven't had much experience with this sort of thing, but my friend got great results.

Weight loss over all will reduce the breasts. Other than that all I can think of is surgery. It is not simple. A close friend of mine got a terrible infection. But her back was hurting before. That isn't my problem, sigh.

If losing weight doesn't help, you can have breast reduction surgery. Sometimes this is necessary to help/prevent serious back injury.

Just be happy with who you are. I don't see why everyone is trying to change their bodies because they are unhappy with it. I had this problem and I soon realized, I may not like it, but it is part of who I am. It would keep me depressed and I would cry about it. Now I see to just be happy and say "hey, it can't change the me inside" I know it sounds cheesy, but it is true. I beg you to listen.

breast reduction.

Losing weight MAY help you lose in the breast, but it depends on if you have more fatty tissue or dense breast tissue in your breasts.

You can do exercises that focus on the chest area or have surgery done.
