I think it means that the number's meaning is doubled or tripled or however many times it is repeated. Unless you mean that you keep seeing the number everywhere, in which case it only means that the number's meaning will definitely come to pass and the signs are just trying to get your attention. I'm not sure though. You'll have to research it.
