30to 45 days depending on state

It depends. If it's a Judge ordering a tenant to move because of an eviction every state is different. Usually it's about three days. Eviction is generally a long process though, so it takes a while to even get to the Judge.

Depending on the State and local laws, a judge will give you anywhere between 30 and 60 days grace period to find another place and move in. This can be extended for in few extenuating circumstances by an additional 30 days.

If you are talking about an eviction proceeding, usually 3 days. But it takes months for an eviction suit to even get to court, so the tenant should have plenty of time.
