Water balloons, but bumper cars sound cool I haven't been on them in 10 years or more lol. Lets do both well call it a drive by lol.

Depends on who with. If it was the person I hate most, water balloons so I could hit her hard... if it wasn't with her, then bumper cars.

why not have a water balloon fight while in bumpercars? It would be like, a mass test in reflexes and hand eye coordination.... if I had to pick just one... I'd go with bumper cars... people complian too much when you hit them with water balloons. But if your aiming for the complaints, fill half of them with ice cold water adn half with scortching hot. haha. peoples reactions are hystical when they get hit with those.. also put loose change adn small, hard objects in the balloons. rofl. we nailed the neighbor kids with some of those... hahaha. it's hysterical
