my parents said that i can't get a phone till next year!!!
well my dad said that we don't have the money!!
school is about to start and i have added the money for a phone into my money budget and i have enough to buy a card ever month for three months the rest of the year i can pay it off with some of my extra cash!!!! any answers will help!!! thank you all!!!!

Im not a parent..whatsoever..Im a regular college student..But..how old are you?why do you need it?because of the camera?
