ok so i am sorry if this turns your stomach but i need to know if anyone has had this happen to them or any ideas or helpful tips thanks so much for your help.
ok i am about 13 weeks pregnant.
i finally have been feeling better the past week(no sickness or nasis) until this morning i felt so sick to my stomach and could not eat anything i tried crackers but no matter what i would get sick(not throw up but diahria really bad)
i do not feel like i have to use the bath room but when i feel likei have to urinate i go to the rest room and i have to poop and its all watery and like i had no feeling i had to go. this has been happening all day and i have not ate anything but this wont stop.

any helpful hitns or anything i can do
is this normal for pregnancy?!?!

Yes it sounds like you have a bug, you should call your dr in the morning but you must take extra care not to become dehydrated. Drink alot of gatoraid and water, eat jello and other things that have alot of water in it. If you feel cold or dizzy you need to go to the ER for fluids.
My mother in law is Korean and she swears by rice water, make rice really watery and drink it with the rice as soup. This really did help my children.

No this is not normal for pregnancy. You sound like you have a gastro bug (gastroenteritis) and should go to the doctor. Make sure you are drinking lots of water so you don't get dehydrated. You cannot take anti-diarrhea medication whilst pregnant so do not get any from the chemist etc...

I had bouts of this too- I just chalked it up to another symptom of pregnancy and it eventually went away. I think your body responds in different ways when stressed and when dealing with extreme hormones. All I can say is it does get better!

you should call your doctor and drink a lot of fluids before you dehydrate
