I've seen two perfect peas in a pod, totally joined, I wonder if they could be two of a kind being one of a kind?
zingis gave the best, & valid answer about identical twins. I loved zelda's Russian saying--we need more humour around here.
Can it be true? Does anyone still believe Eve was made from Adam's rib? Ouch! I've also heard that men have one MORE rib than women, & that knocks holes in that old fable. I mean, wouldn't men have a rib LESS? Oh well.

I believe genetically, identical twins can be one of a kind genetically... no other person would have the same DNA except those two.

They would have many physical, emotional, intellectual differences of course, but at a genetic level the two would be one of a kind (theoretically - there is always an extremely remote chance that someone else of our 6.5 billion has the same DNA).

Peace

One of a Kind implies Uniqueness while the two of a kind implies commonality.

Through means ot Hegelian dialectic...the synthesis implies that they are still "of a kind."

Yes, Genesis 2:23-24
23 “At last!” the man exclaimed.

“This one is bone from my bone,
and flesh from my flesh!
She will be called ‘woman,’
because she was taken from ‘man.’”

24 This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.

Yes. There is a rather humorous Russian saying,"Moozh i zhena - odna satana." In English it translates: "Husband and wife - one devil."
