power antenna problem toyota sequoia?

Every time i turn off my radio my antenna make alot of noise even after the antenna goes down. It also make alot of noise after is all the way up. Its makes noise for about 10 seconds when antenna goes down or up. I need to know is it the mass or the antenna motor that bad?

sounds like the antenna mast is broken inside the motor but the only way to check is to remove the cover plate and look. east fix. turn the radio on, let the antenna come up and unplug the motor. that will get you by until you can look at it
