You could easily rig up one from a typical ATX power supply unit. To turn it on, you need to connect a pushbutton switch to the PWR ON pin on the 20 or 24 pin ATX connector. That pin has the GREEN wire. The other end of the switch goes to any adjacent pin that has a BLACK wire.

Just buy any PSU (although I recommend a reputable brand)as they all have molex now a days and are tough enough to be used outside .
