i'm happy no matter when i get one. recieving best answer at any point always results in my thoughts of "yay!"

I always like best answers...i usually don't research, so it isn't the second, and i don't get them while i'm online for some reason, so either (1) When i sign on, or (2) When i check my email before i go to Y!A
