ok everyone already answered this but ill answer anyways.
50/200. well first you need to simplify it of course. Find GCD (greatest common denominator), which is 50. 50 devided by 50 = 1 200 devided by 50 = 4. 1 over 4. 1 sqaured is 1 cause thats the way it is lol. 4 sqaured is 2 cause 2 times 2 is 4. so 1 over 2 like everyone said.

First simplify the fraction.
50/200 = 1/4
then find the square root of that
the square root of 1 is 1
the square root of 4 is 2
so your answer is 1/2

Doing it the long, long way....
sqrt(50/200)
= sqrt(50)/sqrt(200)
= sqrt(2 x 5 x 5) / sqrt(2 x 10 x 10)
= (5 sqrt(2)) /(10 sqrt(2))
= 5/10
= 0.5
Note: Technically, it should be +/- 0.5 since square root always yield +/- answers.
