Silly you wasted it. You should have made Hippo Jerky from it. You would have had a 5 year supply. If you have an African Lion you can cut up the hippo and feed it to the lion. Freeze as many hippo roasts as you can for the lion's dinners. If the neighborhood has any alligators you could share it with them.

how in the world did get a hold of a hippo? and why would anyone in their right mind SELL a hippo to the public?
