Kohl's always has good sales and their clothes are very nice. Children's Place clothes are good and they last for a VERY long time. For a teenager Areopostale sometimes has a sale and you can find some things on the clearence rack at Hollister. JCPenny's sometimes has a deal for all ages. You can also find good deals at Ross and Mervan's But other than those you will just have to look around. Hope this helps I know how hard it is to buy for kids.

Forever 21, Rue 21, Charlotte Rousse, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Dots, Rainbow, Target. All relatively cheap clothing.

well let's see if you want cheap cheap I'm sure you know about Walmart. I know Kmart has cheap prices too.
But wetseal has buy one get one free sales all the time including right now. So 5 dollars per a shirt if you buy another.
I love charlotte ruse too. They have great sales too. I know a couple of times I've gotten jeans for 5 dollars. You just have to be there at the right time really.

Depends where you live. I shop at department stores a lot (in the south we have one called Belk that I LOOOOOVE) and Dillard's, Macy's, etc... head straight to the clearance racks! They have great deals. Also Beall's (again, I don't know if they are everywhere)..
You can get cheap clothes anywhere if you know how to sniff out a sale ;)

you could actually find stylish name-brand clothes for decent prices at ross and i also find cheap cute clothes at some of the stores in the mall like rave, wetseal, charlotte rousse and forever 21, but you really have to keep your eye out for good prices.
