Here's a possibility: I once saw a cartoon depicting a man in a strait jacket, his arms in sleeves that wrapped around him and buckled in the back, sitting in a padded room, with sweat pouring down his face.
The caption showed him saying, "Am I crazy or is it hot in here?"
