im 19. have the desire to dance on stage (in groups, that is) and i also want to be proactive in some kind of sport, particulary soccer or swimming.

however, i have no background experience of both. i did a few dance/plays in my 1st-2nd year of high school, but stopped since i need to focus in academics.

if i join a training session, don't you think i would look stupid to have beginner's classes among those little kids. plus i don't wanna cost a fortune for individual training, and i can't seem to find any club or group in my area. i feel like it's too late for me to attend to this desire in dancing and sports. any advice??

It is never too late. I am 35 and I play baseball. Sometimes i go to the batting cages and there is a bunch of little leagers at the cages and I am the only old guy. I don't care I just go about my business.
