The trick is to know that x% = x/100. 100ths are easy to convert to decimals, and it's already written as a fraction (but may need to be simplified).
55% = 55/100 = 0.55 or 11/20
12% = 12/100 = 0.12 or 3/25
0.02 = 2/100 = 2% or 1/50
105 = 10,500/100 = 10,500% or 105/1
Assuming you meant 1.05 instead:
1.05 = 105/100 = 105% or 21/20
41 = 4,100/100 = 4100% or 41/1
Assuming you meant .41 instead:
0.41 = 41/100 = 41% or 41/100
0.05 = 5/100 = 5% or 1/20

Okay to change a percent to decimal move the decimal 2 places to the left.
So 55% would be .55.
To change a percent to a fraction think of it like this: you have 55% of 100 , so it would be 55/100. Then reduce (divide by 5 here) and you get 11/20.
Good luck with the rest of them!

12/100 is your fraction
0.02 times 100 = .02%
2/100
you cant can the whole number in to a percent and you need 2 numbers to change it to a fraction
.05 time 100 = 5%
5/110 is your fraction

This is how you do it. A percent is exactly what it sounds like: a part out of a hundred ("cent" is latin for "hundred"). So 55% would be fifty-five parts out of a hundred. In a fraction, that would be 55/100. It is the same way with decimals. A number like .1 is one out of 10, .25 is 25 out of a hundred, so .55 must be 55 out of a hundred or 55%.
Try that with the others.
