You need to be more clear about which property of light you mean was discovered. Newton discovered its wave properties. Einstein discovered its particle properties. Euglena discovered its visible properties.

I have no idea what you mean about who discovered the light. Do you mean the light bulb? the speed of light? what?

But Nikola Tesla invented the Radio in 1900, though Guglielmo Marconi got the credit for it in 1901.

what do you mean discovered light??
as for the major contributions to radio........its argued to be Edwin Howard Armstrong at Columbia University somewhere in the early 1940s. He ended up killing himself.
