This is a nice application that clears up a lot of the unused files on your computer (clears internet cache and history, empties your recycle bin, deletes temporary files from your temp folder, etc).
However, merely clearing your history isn't going to give you all that much more space. The only thing you can really do would be to uninstall unused programs or delete files that aren't needed anymore. Other than that, you have to get more storage space (but hard drives are getting pretty cheap now).

Always ensure that u'r temporary files folder is empty cause evry time u browse, unwanted temporary files are stored.
To delete them, Click on the "RUN" option in the START menu and typer"%temp%" and click enter. A folder will open. Delete everything that is stored in it.

ccleaner is the best...
When I used it the first time, I could remove around 600 MB of unwanted files from my computer... It's really cool.
