At Disney and Universal all employees are cast members. The people that clean up the parks are part of Operations.
Good Luck!
Hope You Get the Job!

You could just call and ask the department secretary (not HR!) what they call that position. It typically varies by company/city and could be something like Park Attendant, Park Custodian, or Maintenance Assistant III.

Maybe they have a fun, jazzed-up name for it. Before I became a boss of sorts at the casino I work at (as an assistant floor supervisor, anyway, which is itself a jazzed up term for "dual-rate dealer") I was in Kitchen Utility . . . the dishwasher department, really. Our janitor teams who pick up the trash and clean the toilets are not janitors or custodians . . . . they used to be called Department of the Interior, and now they are called Environmental Services Department.
