I would watch some tv, read a book, and call it a night. Some days are just best when they are over. Tomorrow will be better!

Go for a brisk walk. The fresh air will clear your head. Rent one of your fav funny movies and laugh til you cry, while eating your favorite pint of Ben and Jerrys! Call a friend. Scan thru the channels til you find America's Funniest Videos, that always works for me! Cheer up! :o)

The best thing to ease a bad day is a heartfelt hug from someone you love, be it a spouse, parent, friend, or pet. Personally, for me, there is nothing better at the end of a bad day than coming home to 2 furry waging tails.

Take a long bath or shower.
Then lay on the bed with no clothes on (or with pjs on if you want).
Just lay there and relax.
Stretch out your muscles one arm at a time, hands, fingers, then each leg one at a time, ankles, then your neck, your back.
Long relaxing stretches.
I do this sometimes when I go to bed.
If you don't feel relaxed, to it again.
Watch All in the Family or I Love Lucy on tv.

you could call a friend to vent, its good to share your feelings with other, dont keep them to yourself.
watch a comedy after a nice hot bath and glass of wine to undo the damage of the day.know you are loved and are as valuable as the next person, and remember this day is behind you ,you have a new day coming tomorrow, and that is much more that others can count on....have a great day tomorrow!..peace

you could try this:

write out a letter to whoever made you mad, or write out the situation that happened or whatever made your day bad... and get it all out!

Then take a nice hot shower and imagine all your frustrations going down the drain! Get a "clean" start (sorry for the bad pun haha)

What I do is I grab my dvds of my favorite stand-up comedians and once I start laughing, I can deal with everything else much better.

Think of something that you've always wanted to do. Something which other things tend to get in the way of. And do it.

Do not let others tarnish your heart of gold. Rise above what they do because you know that they are wrong in their actions.
