Kinda sometimes when im like half asleep but im still dreaming and i trip my legs just have a weird spazm! its kinda funny dont worry its normal

HA HA!!! That happens to me all the time, usually when I fall asleep very exausted; I usually dream I'm still up working and tired!!!

something like that, i was dreaming that i was walking along the edge of a sidewalk and my foot slipped off of it and that woke me up.

i fell off a cliff in my dream and i woke up when my head fell off the pillow

yeah !!!
also that I've been flying or floating and I fall (in my dream) and then I wake up in real life...
sometimes it happens that I have a glass or mirror in my hand and then I drop it, when it brakes I wake up in real life.

I fall off a step or a curb and jerk myself awake. It's weird.

i get that all the time.... i even have dreams where i fall down a black hole and i suddenly wake up...its weird but i get used to it.
