Beyonce is no more mixed than the average black American; people just need to get over it and accept it

Beyonces mother is of Creole descent(French, which is white,African and Native American). Beyonces grandparents were French speaking Creoles from Louisiana. Their surname is Beyince. Her father is African-American.

I believe she is a mix. (She has Creole heritage on her mother's side of her family). Which means that there was French in her blood somewhere on her mom's side. Perhaps a grand parent or great grand parent was white/french.

I don't care if you Call Angelina black. Doesn't bother me in the slightest. I don't care what either of them are. I just care if they are good talent or bad talent, hard to watch.

Also, see it from a white persons point of view in the fact that we are told saying "black" is bad, and not politically correct. I personally still use "black" as I use "white". I think Beyounce Knowles is a very hot, smart, talented "black" woman. I think Angelina is a "white" woman, and I will leave it there.
What term do you think should be used? African American, Black, or Mixed ( which most people take as black/white mix, or light skin black).?
It's hard I have a friend who is light skin. She is black, Native American, white. When I describe her to people I say , "She's really pretty, she's a mix and has this beautiful carmel colored skin"

Let me know what you think?

Unfortunately, people seem to associate beauty with being mixed with Caucasian or other races. It's really sad that some people think this way. I agree 100% with what you said.
Tyra Banks for example, absolutely georgeous with hazel eyes and both Parents are African American.

If people would pick up some books and look at History, they'd see that Black people come in all shades. Some even have the blond hair, and blue eyes. Not orange hair from malnutrition. I know that she says she's Creole, which she probably has French in her blood. But if truth be told, every Black is mixed with something. My family has Indian in our blood too , I have cousins mixed with Lebanese as well. All races descended from Africa, it is the Motherland of everyone. There's even people mixed with black that wouldn't want to admit it.

I don't know. Her mom is not half white, both of her parents are black. But when they see a light skin black woman doing okay in the world they always have to tyr and take some credit. You know we can't never have nothing to ourselves.

Because they get hard ons from her and want to justify it by saying she's mixed. On her website she has pics of her parents and grandparents and no one is white. Most blacks whose ancestors were slaves have white ancestry, it doesn't make us mixed because in the end we are still N's to them. During theBET awards Beyonce raised her fist and said "I'm black and I'm proud" she also made the comment to a magazine that she made music for black people. Would a mixed person say that? No. If Beyonce doesn't even say she's mixed, I wonder why white people do.

Who cares what other people say. She is the only one who can REALLY say if she is mixed or not. And even if she was who would care? She is still making millions either way. I'm sure she doesn't care.
