I recently had my phone stolen and i was wondering would i be able to track it? Would cingular be able to track it by my sim card or would they track it by my phone? because with cingular, couldnt the theif just switch my sim card out and get another card, thus make my phone untrackable? im really hoping they could track it by the phone.

tracking is for things like an amber alert or a kidnapping.
for a lost phone you are out of luck
first shut it off so you do not pay for the mins of use and any dowloads.
I used to wrk for Vz and lots of people kept the p[hone active and got big bills that they had to pay
