There are two older parents, and they have I think 2 boxom blonde daughters, and a neighbor who acts gay, but gets all the women?? I think his name was Chip. I can picture the Dad he's an older man, and just so irritated by him. Please, help me figure this out... I'm going crazy!!

I believe it's Too Close For Comfort (with Ted Knight as the irritating old guy). Though one of the daughters was a brunette.

It's Too Close for Comfort. I think the guys name was Charles and one of the daughters was a brunette. Ted Knight played the dad and he was a cartoon artist who would draw with a hand puppet.
