I need to find an adress of a local company. I only know the name of the business "All Pro Roofing" I Am located in albany NY. The Owners name is "Justin" Dont know a last name. The Phone number is 518-783-6170. Any help would be greatly appreciated on how to find the address.

That phone number seems to be an unlisted residence. So, he's working out of his house, and the business might not even be registered. So, call and ask.

It's either unlisted or a cell-phone and short of hiring a detective, you may have some difficulty getting an address.
Have you thought about being a little sneaky? Call the number and ask, or if you are concerned about your voice being recognized, have someone else do it for you. If it is a retail business, they shouldn't have a problem providing their information.
The web offers lots of sites that claim to be able to provide this type of info, but if you are dealing with a cell phone, I don't think you will have any luck.

i tried the Business Licences department at the State of NY ... alas, the needed webpage is currently down.

Go to search phone nos and there you will find a place to enter the info you provided. It should come up.
