Can chewing gum increase your brainpower?

There is no way to measure "brainpower". The concept is not well-defined.

I think it's safe to say that chewing gum will not make you more intelligent. It requires almost no skill at all, so you will not be developing any new ideas.

Unusually for a confectionery, chewing gum does have some health benefits....
