I agree with the others that Amber Sky sounds better. I get a beautiful mental image of the sky, and it makes me think of a fair-haired little girl. Ember, on the other hand, makes me think of someone with dark hair. And while an ember IS part of a dying fire, it is a piece that is still alive and glowing amidst a darker whole. That's not a bad picture, either.

i think it depends on the last name and how it flows together. Also, I think names should mean something special to the parent. It sounds good so far.
