what if the democrats prefer the position of confidence and wait one more presidentail election to take over head office? and what if the republicans are tired of being the scapegoat for the war and don't want all the negative attention? Will Hillary polarize to effectively blow the election to the republican winds? and will the republicans fail to assert a leader to take charge?

That has never happened in the past. The truth is, there are always potential candidates out there and what happens determines how that president would be treated by the citizens and the press. Hillary - possibly so because she REALLY wants the job and she does have more experience than any other candidate out there whether republican or democrat!

Someone out there is bound to want the 5 star meals and world renowned attention. Not to mention that after presidency the canidates are given a hefty retirement and benefits package worth over 100,000 a year. Any average joe would want that, so naturally a stupid, yet educated joe would even be interested.

There will be a leader regardless of everything that has occured. It's a matter of how that person will react to the new administration and what steps will be taken thereafter.

There is ALWAYS some egotistical tyrant out there to fill the position.
Support YOUR candidates EARLY so they have a chance BEFORE the primaries.
