With today's labor rates, it may be more cost efficient to replace the fender.

Without seeing the dent, I cannot give you an estimate. Take your car to a body shop and ask for an estimate. (the estimate itself should be free)

Most body shops will give you an estimate for free. Try at least three as some are higher than others.
